Problem Getting iPhone to Find Text Tones

Hi All,

I just downloaded three text tones onto my phone from the Apple store. They are only showing up in itunes in Playlists under "Purchased" and I can't do anything with them there except play them. How do I get them into my "Sounds" in "Settings" so I can select them for use? I've previously downloaded ringtones and never encountered this problem before - the downloads were always available for use right away. I've been searching for information online with no luck so I thought I'd ask here.

Try a reset (hold power, slide to turn off, turn back on)?
