Lagging Problem

My iPhone 4 just started lagging and glitching.Cant figure it out done hard reset and everything I know.Its not from the iOS 6 cause I started with iOS 5 about five months after installing it.Please help!!!

Please provide some more info so the answers could be more detailed. What do you mean by glitching? Did your iPhone start behaving like this since you upgraded to iOS 6? Int the mean, refer to the iPhone troubleshooting assistant:
