iTunes, My Top Rated Playlist. Syncing issues.

Over the last two years that I have had my iPhone 4 (16GB, Black) I noticed I don't listen to all of the music I sync to it. So, I decided to only sync "My Top Rated" playlist consisting of songs 5 Stars; however, I noticed that there are several songs that sync into this playlist with a no star rating. I cannot figure how to get these off and save valuable space on my phone.

Is there a solution because I haven't had much luck fixing this issue.

Please help.
