    A few days ago I installed iOS6 beta 2 on my iphone4. Apparently this was a mistake. When I reverted back to 5.1.1 I can no longer purchase anything from the store. I get an error that reads, "Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction." I did however, they want my card statement. I could only believe this is for identify purposes however, but I don't have access to provide what they are requesting until I get home in September.

    Has anyone ever received this before and were you able to fix it w/o Apple support?

    Can you contact your credit card company directly and get the info that Apple wants? Or check your credit card account online?

    If you are away from home for this amount of time, why don't you have your mail forwarded to your current location. Also, you can obtain a printable copy of your CC statement by signing up or logging into CC website. It only takes 2 minutes and you'll get a copy instantly instead of waiting for the mail.
