Software Update iOS 5.1

I've tried 2wice today to update to 5.1 .... Thru i-tunes it failed....

Tried doing it on the phone by itself .... it also failed ...


Is there a FIX for the failures ???????

I say don't bother, unless you have an iPad. There aren't any huge improvements for iPhone in 5.1.

Just do it from your phone! Settings>General>Software Update. Thats pretty much if u have iOS 5.01 on your phone

They tried doing it on the phone. They said it failed. Read the post.

What error message are you recieving?

Are you jailbroken? You might have to put it in DFU mode to perform the update.

Thanks for the Tips......Re tried it today...right on the phone and this time it worked...Took for ever, but it went smoth as silk.

The I-Pad 2 updated 10 times faster than the phone.
