What Is This Error?!

My wife got a pop up message on her iPhone 4 today that said "Cannot Verify Server Identity" "your email cannot verify the identity of carddav.address.yahoo.com." She uses yahoo and gmail accounts on her iPhone. When you hit the details icon on the screen, it brings you to a screen that said Equifax Secure Certificate Authority Not Trusted. Any idea what any of this means? This has happened several times today

I say accept the certificate if it allows you to, and is it happening while on wifi or 3g? another member in another forum was having the same issue. apple told her to accept the certificate, she was only having this issue while on wifi
