My hard drive crashed and unfortunately the only back up copy I had was on my dead drive. I've managed to transfer all the apps from my iPhone to the computer, but when I select "Sync Apps" it tells me that it will replace my phone with the iTunes library from the computer. I don't want to lose the app data (saved games, etc.) by syncing. Is there a way to do this? My system is Windows 7.
