Email somtimes goes to PC outlook or Phone

So i have Outlook 07 and i receive email through there as well as on my i Phone 4. But here's the problem, sometimes ill get the email on my phone and not in Outlook and vise verse. All my email on my phone is through Exchange

Anyone else have this problem? or no a fix to it
