very weak wifi signals

i have an iphone 4 with jailbroken ios 5, bb is 4.10.01, unlocked with gevey sim.

since last week ive been trying to fix the wifi on this thing. have tried wifibooster, wififofum and resetting the network settings...nothing works!

im sitting right next to the router and it connects with only 2 bars.

can anyone give me a proper solution to this please? its getting very annoying

oh btw its out of warranty

Does the issue go away with grevy sim out? Or maybe try a restore ? Restart your router ?

Another big question is whether other wireless devices are getting a better signal from your router.
