how to tilt screen.

Hi, I am using iphone4, What must i do so that when i tilt the handphone from vertical to horizontal and vice versa, the screen will also tilt accordingly. currently the screen is lock in 1 position. On the top right corner of the screen, i can see a small circle with a lock inside d circle. Tks

From Apple (it's the same to unlock):

"Lock the screen orientation.

Double-click the Home button to bring up the multitasking interface, then swipe from left to right. Now tap the portrait orientation lock once to turn it on and again to turn it off."
