Apple has not disclosed the amount of RAM in the new iPhone 4S, but so far I've heard 512MB and 1GB.

As for storage capacity, the options are 16, 32 and 64GB.

The old (last year's model) iPhone 4 is being discontinued in the 16 and 32GB size (storage capacity), and they are using an 8GB version of the iPhone 4 (again, last year's model) as the entry level iPhone, along with the 8 GB version of the IPhone 3GS.

But remember, the 16 & 32 GB versions of the iPhone 4 are being discontinued. When they're gone, they are gone.

This is nice, next week I'm planning to get an iphone. So does this mean that they will never reproduce again and moving on to iphone 5?

Actually, no one knows whether or not Apple will keep the Fall iPhone launch date yet. Nothing Apple has done this year has gone according to their past schedule.
