How To send Videos through email?

so when i take larger videos on my iphone and a load the video and pics to my iphoto then go to email them it always says "i have reached maximum capacity and i can't send it" how do u send large videos through email?

I believe that's dependent on the email service, for instance gmail and MobileMe limit file size to 25mb and there's nothing you can do to change it.
