"Safari cannot open page message"??

Once in awhile I will go to open my safari and use te Internet and I will get this message that says "safari cannot open page right now because it is not connected to the Internet". Safari wouldn't load, facebook app wouldn't work, the weather app would work ect. So I just put my phone down and in a couple hours I picked it back up and everything was fine and running smooth. I didn't do one single thing but put it down and try it again later. Any thoughts why safari and the I Internet/3G maybe do this?

does anyone know why sometimes it says this then when you try again a couple hours later safari and the internet work fine? what could this be?

Try restarting your phone, Switch another sim card, switch to wifi, Do u use any Network Utility App - if yes try deleting them !
I thinks some time the carrier has the problem with their network !
