LIVE: Apple Store Down (iPhone 5)

The store is down but I highly doubt that it is for the iPhone 5.

Is anything expected to be released? Odd time to close the online store.

Late in the evening/overnight is actually the perfect time to close the App store for maintenance... less traffic late at night.

"Late in the evening/overnight" I guess that is relative to where you are. 9PM for folks on the west coast is not late IMO.

I only saw it because I went there to buy something...

It seems they changed the home page to reflect the new MB Airs AND OSX Lion at the same time, instead of one or the other.
