Syncing Two iPhone 4's

I've read some threads but nothing has given me a firm answer.

I have two iPhone 4's but with separate telephone #'s. My first iPhone is built just they way I want it.
I want my second iPhone to be a clone of my first (apps, music, settings, icon positioning etc) I'm not concerned about contacts etc. because they are all stored and uploaded over the air, via MobileMe.com

Is this possible? And what's the best way of implementing it?

Yup...you can. When the first iPhone came out, me and my wife had two iPhones using one account, and it worked fine, i can't imagine they changed that.

Sync the first one that's perfect. Then plug in the new one and when prompted, restore from the backup you just made.
