I need a D/L link for 4.2.8 please

I went to download 4.2.8 today (though I could swear I had already downloaded it) so I could upgrade and jailbreak it as I'm still running 4.2.6 and I'm having a few issues. So I guess I have a couple questions. 1.) Does anyone have a download link for 4.2.8? and 2.) If I had previously downloaded it, where would it be? I tried searching my computer, but had no results. Where should I look? and 3.) Are there any 4.2.9 jailbreaks out? If so, I'll just skip 4.2.8 all together.

Here you go... but without your saved blobs, you're out of luck. Apple is only signing 4.2.9...
