How to tranfer music from library to iphone

Hi
I am trying to transfer my music from my library to my iphone device, but everytime I try to do this it comes up with a sign to say not allowed. My computer is authorised to my iphone, so I dont know what the problem is. Does anyone know how to help me?

Is your phone sync'ed with the account you are trying to use?

Does it say you're not allowed or does it give the message "Syncing music with this device will delete music on the device yadda yadda yadda"?

Run iTunes software, and click on file menu on store and select authorize this computer,and sign in with ur apple id and password, and every thing will be OK.

Make sure you have ticked the sync tab under music.
This is found when your iphone is connected and shows up in devices on the lefthand side.
Click on it and Hit music and check all your sync tabs.

How are you transferring the music? There are two ways - synchronising and music moving over, or manually manage where you choose exactly what you want to put on the iPhone.
I use manually manage which I find simpler as it's just a case of drag and drop.
