iPhone fully charged at 12%??

Hi, I got my iPhone 4 a few months ago and i've had no problems as up to this point.

My battery is having alot of trouble charging. It thinks that it's fully charged at 12% and we all know that it really isn't.

Its only started happening over the last 2 days, I've tried rebooting, I've tried resetting the phone via Lock Button + Home Button. I even restored it and nothing came of it.

Any help would be much appreciated.

(The photo was taken by someone else, I used it because the phone is now dead.)

I would take it back to Apple.

I agree, sounds like a defect, apple will take great care of you.

I think its kinda funny, but yes I agree take it back to Apple.
