If i keep my iPhone in my pocket long enough, i'll be able to paraphrase Obi-Wan Kenobi "These aren't the Gonads i've been looking for". May the Force be with me!

I haven't laughed so hard in a long time. The replies are priceless. I really think that the bottom line is.... if they were DANGEROUS, they would not be able to make them. Keep the one liners coming !!!!!:)

Which is why Cigarettes and other dangerous things are not made anymore.. I'm not going to laugh at your post, because ignorance like this is sad.

There is much we don't know, most people have not been using cell phones long enough to really know for sure if they are 100% safe, some of the comments here sound really ignorant.

Here is an interesting article Fact or Fiction?: Cell Phones Can Cause Brain Cancer: Scientific American

Remember, at one time all the experts said smoking was perfectly safe.

I believe it. My cousin's wife's dad got a small tumor in his chest behind his shirt pocket... Where he'd kept his blackberry everyday for more than a decade. I always carry my phone in different places, just in case.

Judging by this thread, when did "it's better to be safe than sorry" suddenly go out the window? Sheesh...

Oh well...

So, if the phone is on I should not be playing games on it? How am I gonna play without actually touching the device?

This only applies when the phone is near the head...which only happens when using the phone for voice...and then only if not using a headset or the speakerphone...which means that approximately 0.00000000000000000000000000000000000001% of all smartphone use, since nearly all use is for email, SMS, web browsing, gaming, etc. Who'd want to use a phone as a phone??? ;) :D

Not too worried about it..as of now. I think folks are dismissing this problem too quickly. However, in time, as the number of people rise that are affected by it, the mood and views will rapidly change.
Then the question will be, "I wonder if I could be one of the affected people?"
Until then, just laugh at it and have fun!!
