Trouble with syncing iPhone 4

Every time I sync my iphone 4 itunes reloads all of my apps to the phone.

If I uncheck "Sync Apps" it says that it will remove all of my apps from my phone.

It takes a long time to sync because of this.

I am running the latest itunes and the latest firmware on the phone.

I normally jail break the phone but have not since updating to 4.3.3. It did the same thing while jailbroken on 4.2.

Does anyone know how to keep it from doing this?

When your phone is plugged into iTunes and you look at the Apps part of your phone summary (the page where you can see your various screen layouts and arrange icons) have Sync Apps checked, but then check off only the individual apps you want synced. Then on the summary page there should be an option to "sync only checked items." Try setting it up that way and syncing again.

That is the way I have it set up. It recopies them every time I sync.

iTunes will erase your apps but iTong doesn't.
