4.2.7 firmware

I'm trying to jailbreak my Iphone. I'm using Windows 7 on my PC. Every link I have tried to download the program doesn't work for me. Any ideas?? When I click the link all that happens is the window says "connecting" and it just sits there. Thanks.

It seems that I have found a link that may be working for me. Do i "open" or "save" the file when prompted?
