I haven't seen any that make the text larger, but only modify the rows of keys and change the color or appearance of the keyboard.

Yeah, agreed, I haven't seen too many keyboard tweeks that work, but the few I have seen only change the color.

Yeah, like most have said there are no options for making it bigger. If you are jailbroken you could change the look a tad and also the font but the size stays the same throughout.. :-/

I wish there was a compact qwerty tweak or setting. I would love that.
