Yesterday I tried to download the new software update 4.3. Before that my iphone 3gs would not sync to the computer (it would always freeze after the back up part of the sync). The aps would sync but not the music, if fact I had 500 songs disappear.
After the download ended the phone locked up.
Trying every repair and searching the internet there was no fix, my phone was locked up showing only the itunes sync screen.
I went to the apple store today and they restored my phone, my aps, but no music.
I was told that it is my dell microsoft computer that is the problem.
It has worked at on point but now it doesn't. I can not figure it out, either can apple.
Please help if you can.
