Proximity Sensor Issues After 4.3

Anyone else having this problem? My phone was off the charts bad today with ps issues. I've had the phone since October. First time I had issues was today. I updated last week. So annoying.

Hanging up on calls, dialing other numbers once the original call is ended due to the proximity problem. So frustrating as I did not have this problem before the update.

Proximity sensor really has never been completely fixed on iPhone 4. I had minor issues with it on all OS's.

Will apple replace the phone if it's really bad? My wife's is real bad along with camera app being super slow. I've tried a restore and clean install and the phone barely has anything on it. 250 songs, 200 pics, 40 in camera roll, no videos and 43 apps. Still real bad, puts calls on hold every time she has to use it up to her ear. Takes up to 15 seconds just to open the camera and sometimes even longer to save a photo.

Will apple replace the phone if it's really bad?

I would bring it to Apple and try. Sounds like your wife got a bad phone. They are usually good about swapping those out. For me, I really think it's a software issue since I never had a problem with the earlier OSs.

I didn't yet. Do you think that would help since I'd be reinstalling the same OS after restore?

Looks like I've been lucky up this point. Today wasn't as bad as yesterday, but still not working like before the update.
