Widgets we gonna get them?

Well what do you think? All i want is a calendor one as thats all i need. I dont wanna jailbreak as my last one bricked my 3gs and i have the iphone 4...

No one knows but apple, although it is not likely that we will see them soon. Personally I couldn't care less about widgets.

If Apple allows widgets then half of the apps will be 'widget' style. I would not like it i guess..

All we can do is hope we see it in iOS 5! I mean, with iOS 4 we really wanted to see multitasking and homescreen background, I can't wait for iOS 5!

I'd like to see Apple implement widgets like they do on their computers - through Dashboard. Maybe a double click and hold on the Home key could bring it up, or if they dump the home key, a two finger swipe? Then they could come zooming in and we could have the widgets we need. Multiple pages would be nice, too, since there's less screen real estate on the iPhone vs. the computer screen. That way, people who want them have easy access to them from any screen or app on their phone, and those who don't can just pretend the option doesn't exist
