I've just update my iOS to 4.3 and i don't find the multi touch gesture nowhere in the settings. Also all the the features describe about the iOS 4.3 on the official website of apple are nowhere to locate in the phone.
Did i miss something again?

They were only there for developers to experiment with and test. They can be enabled in Xcode. It's not a publicly released feature yet.
