Battery %

I have screen shots of iphone4 with the battery percentage number next to the battery meter. How do I get that. I haven't jail broken my phone yet either. Thx in advance

Go to Settings>General>Usage>Battery Percentage. Turn it to on.

Settings, General, Usage. You'll see the battery percentage option. No jailbreak necessary.
