video on phone

I have a video of a friend of mine speaking from a meeting last saturday on my iphone. He just died 3 days ago. How do I transfer the video from my phone to my Mac

Sync your phone to your Mac. It should automatically import into iPhoto just like your photos. If not, you can copy it manually from iPhoto.

Since you have a mac it would actually be easier to use the "image capture" app that came with your mac. Just search for it in spotlight. Lot less work then doing it through iTunes. Sorry to hear about your friend.
