Ok this might be ot but I noticed on my phone bill 'phone' and rarely it says 'wap.cingular'? What does the phone thing mean sense it appears all the time? And does anyone know if the times it appears if it's accurate? Thanks

They have AT&T. Why don't you just call AT&T and find out?

Definitely need more information here. Can you take a picture of part of your bill to show us? Or as mentioned above, just call AT&T ( press 611 ) and talk to a representative.
