Error Updating Apps >200MB, Need WiFi to complete?

Don't remember this happening on AT&T but I've notice playing around today that any update that is >200MB needs WiFi to complete. Would this be because Verizon doesn't want this phone to bog down the network especially with the official launch coming up?

I have Wifi at my house but not at work where I am currently playing with it instead of working

I've experienced this on AT&T. Very large downloads need Wifi. Nothing else to add after that.

Yes, if you jailbreak. Use 3G unrestricter
