4.1 to 4.2.1

Is there any imperative reason to update? my main reason for asking this is because I'm lazy (lol) and if there isn't any serious reason to upgrade, I rather not. 4.1 works great for me, i have no complaints. Thanks in advance.

There isn't anything crucial in 4.2.1 that you would HAVE to upgrade for. If you are happy with 4.1, then you are fine staying on it.
