I have a question for you.
I have this tooth b lockscreen on my phone, but I can't get the wallpaper to show, just a blue box with a question mark. Everything else works fine. It would be super if you could help me out :)
And I'm running 4.2.6 if that makes any difference...

Swap out the Wallpaper.png in the tooth b lockscreen folder with the wallpaper that you want

I tried that but it didn't work. There's a good chance I was doing it wrong though haha.

do i need to add or delete anything? rename anything? i read somewhere that you need to rename it to LockBackground.png but it did nothing. i think i'm just gonna give up on it for now lol.

I'm struggling too, after changing that lock screen for another one I encountered the same issue and I was unable to correct it. Now I'm playing with a different theme and I'm experiencing the same. I'm posting the screen shot to see if someone can tell me what file do I need to edit to show the wallpaper.

Sorry I could not help you, I'm still learning...

Anne, I did some research in another forum and this is what I found. You will need to edit the "LockBackground.html" via ssh or ifile. If you want do do it via ssh you can download WinSCP to do it. ifile you can get via Cydia and they have a trial period.

You need to change the following

From:
<div id="background">
<img style="position:absolute" src="background.png" width="320" height="480"></img>
<img src="/User/Library/SpringBoard/LockBackground.jpg" width="320" height="480"></img>
</div>

to:

<div id="background">
<img style="position:absolute" src="background.png" width="320" height="480"></img>
<img src="<your wallpaper name.extension>" width="320" height="480"></img>
</div>

In my case I replaced it with LockBackground.png and it worked.

Good Luck!

I have this theme but how did you change the lockscreen wallpaper? Mine is just a white square with a blue question mark.

To fix the lockscreen wallpaper issue on 4.2.1, you must put your wallpaper into the theme folder and also change the imgsrc in "LockBackground.html"

Where it says, change

<div id="background">
<img style="position:absolute" src="background.png" width="320" height="480"></img>
<img src="/User/Library/SpringBoard/LockBackground.jpg" width="320" height="480"></img>
</div>

to

<div id="background">
<img style="position:absolute" src="background.png" width="320" height="480"></img>
<img src="<your wallpaper name.extension>" width="320" height="480"></img>
</div>

But when I click to open that it just brings up the lockscreen in Safari?

You need to do this via ifile (from Cydia) or you have to connect to the phone via SSH to edit the files. You can use WinSCP. You can go to the Jailbreak Forum where there are threads that will guide you on how to use SSH. At first is a little overwhelming but once you get familiar is very easy.

Good luck.
