Did you pay full retail price? If you did maybe that's why you don't have an early termination fee because you are not under contract.

Saw that on mine too but when I activated the phone $350 was listed on the iTunes screen. I do not know what to think.

FWIW, I paid the discounted price minus my new every two credit.
