I wonder why AT&T is still on 4.2.1 and Verizon is on 4.2.6 any reasons why you might think?

4.2.6 has the mobile hotspot feature, and I am pretty sure iOS had to be coded to allow it to work with CDMA devices. That's all.

AT&T will see the update soon.
