just got off the phone with a very helpful agent from ups, im in maryland and on ups website it says my phone is in west chester, pa. i called to see when it was going to be delivered and he said it that is currently in philly and it will be delivered to my house on monday, and also asked about the whole signature thing, he said that someone must be physically there to sign for it, they wont leave it with just a note with a signature, hopefully this helps some of you, cause i know i've been anxiously waiting to get my iphone. but hey we should be glad were getting it before anyone else, and the fact that so many people ordered it and theyre managing to get everything done so fast and getting it out before they release it to the public

That is good news - kind of...just disappointed. Was hoping to be able to play, "eh em" learn my new phone this weekend. I'm in Northern VA so I'm in the same boat, but I'm having it delivered to my job.
