Still!!

Started like 10 pm last night and hasn't been fixed overnight. What's a guy to do??

Try using the reference number not order number. I did and it worked. I never got an email from Verizon but I have a tracking number from FedEx for Monday delivery.

Still didn't work, but I called and the order is there, BUT they're saying nothing goes out until 2/10 which seems to run contradictory to what otters are saying who have a tracking number!!

WTF?
