Quick Question

Not Sure what happen to the other one i posted but okay i am on a family plan with my girlfriend and seeing that my line is the primary line i am eligible for the upgrade and she isn't so quick question can i still be able to upgrade her line on the 3rd and just pay full retail? And also on the day of the pre-order will i be able to add a line and pay the promotional price of $199/$299 and just swap it out with her line and den pay da early fee for the other line?
