I feel you man, I thought BB would have their stuff together by now more so than they do. The Torch is a pretty decent phone and, for the most part, up to par with a more modern outlook. But, since it is stuck on AT&T its not even an option for me. Oh well, it doesn't matter at this point. Ive held onto my BB Storm 1 & 2 for far too long now. Ever since I got my iPad, my BB has had no love from me, lol. Verizon iPhone 4 FTW!

I had the iPhone 3G for 3 years. Went to a Bold 9700 which only lasted 1 month before I sold it and went and got an iPhone 4 :) Liked the battery life and the LED but that was about it. Couldn't surf the web worth crap. Jailbroke the i4 and loving it since September.

I waited in line on the release date for the 1st storm and was so excited. But reality kicked in real quick wit that piece of sh!t. The os was ridiculous, the hardware? Forgetaboutit. I went from the 7250, 8700, 8830, 4 BB s1. Then the tour and now bold. whewwwww. Good bye bbm, hello FaceTime. I'm all in babes!

Bye Bye 9650. The screen is too small and the browser is lousy.

I love the security of RIM though. We'll see how it is with Apple.

I don't rule out the possibility of going back to RIM.

My first and only BB purchase was the Tour in Sept 09. I got it replaced with a Bold in Boldgate last summer. Lately the thing has just been annoying me - choppy (even with OS 6), emails and Facebook notifications that won't delete, random reboots...you all know the drill. I would love to sell it, but apparently I promised it to my FIL on NYE (it was NYE - I don't remember a bit of that conversation ). Oh, well, they gave me a good chunk of change for my birthday last weekend to go towards my iPhone.

I'm leaving a 9530 and 9550. Both terrible phones without any value of being able to last 2 years with apps and lack of memory, and their buggy OS.

I had an 8830 for two years and a Tour (actually a couple due to trackball issues) for the last year and a half. Not going to miss them one bit!
