Ok i try to download the software to my pc and it tells me 78 mins so i wait and i got to the end and then it tells me it timed out...What should i do?
You must have a really slow connection? it's been out for so long there's no way it should take that long. What is your connection? dial-up, high speed, Wifi, ethernet when the download takes a very long time it will die. So I would say if you're connected through Wifi maybe connect to ethernet atleast until you get it downloaded.
