Exactly what I was going to say. Location has so much to do with it, but I don't know as many people as young as me (21) who carry.
Yes, that's quite offensive. LOL! I think you can probably tell from my picture (go to Twitter in my signature and blow it up to see it better) that I'm not a redneck and I don't wear overalls. I also live in Virginia though, which is hardly the deep south. I don't associate with any person who even vaguely fit your description, but I also don't know many people like that. Another reason I carry though is because of the way I was raised. I come from a family of cops and my dad took me to the shooting range instead of the park as a kid, so that definitely had a lot to do with it. I've had guns all my life but I just got my Glock last Christmas (of 2009). My friends also appreciate the fact that I carry, especially if we're in a bad area or something - it's a safety blanket for them.
Not just anybody can get a license to carry a concealed weapon. I think it should be more strict than it is, but it's not like buying a piece of candy. And everyone wants to punch someone every now and then, but it's what we don't do that separates us.
I'm 33 ( quickly closing in on 34 ) my fiancee will be turning 27 in Feb.

Why do you think two walmart stores in Arizona denied jared lee loughner a sale of a gun? Sad the third one granted him the sell, thoughn I'm sure he would have gotten one regardless if a store sold him one or not.
Did I not say I wish the laws were stricter? And of course he would have gotten a gun regardless. I'm not going to talk about that anymore though, something about the whole thing just really creeps me out and affects me. Beyond that though, it has absolutely nothing to do with the topic of the thread.
Guys keep this on topic please if you wanna chat about guns and stuff start your own thread...Thanks...
Sorry, we just keep getting off topic because all there is to post on topic is two numbers.
Who cares if it's one number, stay on topic. 98
Calm down, it was a joke. And you're not on topic by saying you're 98. Take a deep breathe dude.

I'm 17, but I got my 3GS when I was 16. I know, I'm young. And yes, my parents pay for my bill. They pay for it because I'm in every Advanced Placement class and don't have the time for a job outside of school.

I would hope older people would be mature enough not to give you a hard time about something so trivial, but that's not always the case. I was in AP classes as well and I know it's difficult. I didn't have a job either and I've never made an apology for that - you shouldn't either. Your job is doing well in school.

Me 22 and wife 24. Plus her entire family so lots of age groups there.
Would be interesting to see how this matches up to cell phone users in general. What the avg age would be for other type phone users?
