    Yes, no soup.. I mean simultaneous voice and data for Verizon users.

    Unless the data is via a Wifi connection to your home, office, or some other network.

    This issue is nothing new for Verizon & Other users of CDMA smartphones. Among those people, those that find data & talking at the same time are essential already have data solutions that meet their needs that are not dependent on their phones.
