3GS Battery

So it looks like my wifes 3gs battery is going bad. Won't hold a charge for even a half of a day, and thats at no use. I plan on getting her a iPhone 4 for her birthday at the end of March but really would like to get this 3gs working.

Anyone know what apple will charge me to put in a new battery?
