Can not connect to my Wifi no more

Hello there. i recently upgraded my pc and had to reinstall my AOL, but now i can not connect to my wifi from my iphone, it says i am but no 3 bars at the top only 3g, i have reset the network connection, turned off my router, any tips? please help. i have tried everything and nothing works.

I had this problem for a bit but when I restarted the iPhone it seemed to be there again.
