Iphone one hour later than Outlook

Hi, I have looked for an answer to my question, which is:
my iphone 3Gs is now constantly showing calender appointment times as one hour later than my Outlook does.
This is two-three weeks old, and what happened was either the clocks going back in the UK where I live, or a trip to France, where I changed to local time. I changed back when I returned to UK.

I enter my appointments in ACT!, which synchronises with Outlook, and then Outlook synchronises with Iphone over Exchange. Everywhere else, the appointment times are right.

Does anyone know what the solution might be? I have date and time set automatically now, I had it set to London, but nothing has changed.

I'd be grateful for any help, and happy to answer further questions. Thanks

It might have something to do with the daylight savings time change glitch that was affecting peoples alarm clocks and making them go off an hour later, which most likely won't be fixed until they roll out iOS 4.2.
