Hmm, I seem to be having an issue finding this app. Are you sure that is the exact name of the app? I did a search in the app store and there does not seem to be an app by that name.

Edit: I think that I found it, I found an app called "Wallpapers HD" that seems really awesome.

Do you have a link for that. Again I did a search for that name in the app store and I did not see it.

Edit: I found it, for some reason it does not show the whole name until you select it, also it does not seem to come up first when I search for it.

I've tried that one, I was wondering if there were any sites though? I had some awesome wallpaper from just going to flickr and typing iphone, but now when I do that I get low-res stuff that looks like a wet newspaper lol.
