Vertical blue line

Hi guys, I just bought an iPhone 4 after being a blackberry addict for a few years. I woke up this morning and noticed a vertical blue line down the right side of the screen. I've tried reset and restoring but have had no luck. Anyone else had this issue?

I've tried searching for it online but to no avail.

If you just bought it, then go ahead and take it back to the Apple store.
