camera roll Problem

Ok here is the problem:

Camera roll on 3GS ios 4.01 does not save video shots(that means I can not save my videos-actually I just realized that I cant even shoot any video) also I am not able to save photos from browser like when you save photos from wallpaper programs (such as 3D wallpaper) I can only save photos taken by camera but in case I need to delete some of them it wont allow me.Hope this time time its clear!!!
