Is it possible to restore an iPhone 4 without an internet connection?

I have my shsh blobs saved in tinyumbrella, and I have a copy of the 4.1 firmware saved on my laptop.

I used the internet connection at my office to do that.

In the past on my iPhone 3G I've had to go find a wifi connection every time I did a restore, will tinyumbrella solve that problem for me?

I don't have an internet connection at my house right now.

Yes you can.

TU gives you the option to be a local server. It changes the host file on your PC to point locally to verify the install.

So, the restore worked, but then I got stuck at the activate screen.. I ended up having to go find a starbucks to get everything up and running..
