    Yah. I called AT&T; they said the network was "degraded." In my case that means nonexistent. I live east of Baytown; work at JSC in Clear Lake so that covers 40 miles or so of territory.

    I called and they said there is an issue in Texas. They issued a 10 dollar credit.
