When I go to compose a new email and select new and start typing the name of the person I want I get a dual entry for the same name, one is correct and the other is not. I have looked through my contact list and there is only a single entry, how do I get the other entry deleted, I have syncd, deleted and reset phone.

You might want to make sure you aren't pulling from a "global" list.

In your contacts, go to groups, from there you can choose where it pulls from. You can set it to just your address book, or a global address book from your company or other account.
